Today, we are celebrating some very exciting news. After working as an associate since 2010, we are thrilled to announce that that Bryce W. McKenzie has become a partner at our firm. We are also excited to announce that, given these changes, the Law Office of Bryan E. Delius will now be Delius & McKenzie, PLLC.
Bryce McKenzie joined our firm eight years ago, and has practiced primarily in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense. He believes that that every person should have an attorney in their corner who will fight for justice under the law on their behalf. During his time here, he has helped his clients obtain the compensation they deserve for their injuries, so that they can feel secure in their futures.
Bryce earned the designation of Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015-2017. In order to be eligible, an attorney must either be under the age of 40, or have been in practice for fewer than 10 years. This distinction is awarded yearly to no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in any given practice area in any given state.
He is also a dedicated member of the legal community. He has served as the District 2 Representation for the Young Lawyers Division Board, for the Tennessee Bar Association. Bryce has also served in the TBA’s House od Delegates since 2015. He knows that the best chance his clients have for being successful is keeping our civil justice strong – and that means supporting the attorneys who are proud to be a part of it.
Bryce also has two children, and sits on the Board of Directors for the Love Kitchen in Knoxville, a charitable organization committed to helping the less fortunate. When he’s not fighting for justice, you may find him kayaking on Douglass Lake, or cheering wildly for his alma mater’s Volunteers at Neyland Stadium.
